Upper Floor: Upon entering, you are greeted by a galleried salon with comfortable seating, office furnishings, and a high wooden ceiling with rugged dark chestnut beams. The stunning view from the salon is framed by balusters. The upper floor also includes two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a large terrace, and a second bedroom with twin beds and a private bathroom.
Lower Floor: This level includes a cozy living and dining area with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There are two additional bedrooms: one with twin beds and a shower room, and the second master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The lower floor opens onto a spacious front terrace, featuring one of the largest piano-shaped infinity pools in the area and a generous sun terrace.
A standout feature of Villa Karmaniolos is its al fresco dining area. This charming space, designed to resemble a pergola, is constructed from natural wood and includes a concrete king-sized tiled table. Adjoining this area is a fully-equipped barbecue, outdoor kitchen, and a changing room with shower and toilet facilities.
